Registration Process

Our services are dealt according to Islamic principles, male staff will interview brothers and female staff will interview sisters. (Sisters must be accompanied by their wali.) During the interview process individuals will be asked in depth questions about what they are looking for as well as completing a registration form about themselves.

There will be one to one support and guidance provided to ensure your expectations are satisfied. All details collected will be secure, confidential and under the Data Protection Act (2003) and will not be seen by anyone other than the Eternal Ties staff. However, during the matching process, details will be exchanged to suitable candidates but with the full consent from the individuals involved.

Eternal Ties ensure that the website is fully protected and that any personal details derived during the registry process will not be found anywhere on our systems.

We do not upload user profiles of any sort on the site or in our forums, all matches are made in our head office by members of staff. Profiles are not generally accessible unless they are requested off by staff or by members who have subscribed for the service, please bare in mind that the service is Shariah compliant and the Halaal option to match making.
